Refund Policy


Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must also have the original packaging. We only refund items that do not work on arrival or are damaged upon arrival. 

Please either take pictures or a video showing proof that the good is  damaged or does not work and send it to chasesoutdoorattire@gmail.com and one of our customer support staff will get back to you as soon as possible.
